Central Studio Training

Personal workouts are designed for each individual client based on his or her goals.  The exercises are done with various equipment and body weight. Equipment used may include dumbbells, medicine balls, balance balls, the Bosu, balance boards and discs, and the Reformer. The Pilates principles are used to provide stability to the body while exercising.

After almost a year of Pilates, we are definitely stronger and more confident in our running. The focus on our core muscles as part of our overall health has also led us to try new activities that we may not have before - like surfing! "
